New Additions

I guess I forgot to mention that we moved last month. We went from a 350 sq. ft. apartment to a nice and luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with W/D and dishwasher! It's too much for us...sometimes I don't know what to do with myself and so much room. Haha so we absolutely love living here!

There was only one downfall. My grandparents gave us a huge L-couch when we got married and we've been waiting, and waiting - so excited to use it! The time comes to move...and the couch won't fit through the doorway. The couch was too long and the hallway too narrow. All that waiting time for nothing! Haha but the story ends well. The next day we found this awesome couch and rug on KSL for $100!! We are seriously so lucky, I should say blessed! The couch was nearly in new condition, but it came with some really ugly brown pillows. So I bought some new fabric and my friend Andrea helped me make some pillow covers (more like I watched as she sewed). So here's a picture of the couch with its new additions.

Oh and I forgot to say something about Cam's World Cup tournament. He was on a soccer team with a bunch of boys from BYU and they got to the semi-finals in the competition... but they lost in overtime 5-6 :( That last game was so intense! A really fun game to watch, but kind of a bummer since they lost. And I was all excited to take our camera to snap some photos....but then I forgot it. I really need to work on remembering stuff like that. Haha
