High School Reunion

So this past weekend was another weekend filled with fun events. Friday night we went from going on a double date to having 5 couples over at our apartment for a big group date. It was a blast! 3 of my really good friends from High School came over with dates, and then Whit came for a while too. We made pizza...which actually turned out quite delicious. We made pesto chicken pizza and pepperoni bacon pizza - and it was a toss up for the winners. We thought we were going to go bowling after dinner, but we were having too much fun just hanging out and talking, so we just stayed at our apartment and played Catch Phrase. Everyone loves a good game of Catch Phrase, right? Cam LOVES that game. And he gets so competitive. It's hilarious!
Meet Ben and Lauren. Ben is one of my best friends from HS. Lauren is one of my best friends from college. So I made them go on a date! It was so much fun having them there with us.
Next on the agenda: Saturday. Saturday afternoon Cam and I went to the movies with Ron and Jee....and yes, we saw Breaking Dawn. Haha I didn't force Cam to come with me, but he wanted to be with me so he came. Such a good husband! He didn't like the movie at all...I thought it was okay. Even though the Twilight movies are ridiculous, I somehow feel the need to see all of them. I can't NOT see them.

Right after the movie we had the adult session of Stake Conference. I'm glad we went, but I was pretty ADD the whole time so I didn't get much out of it. But it's always good to go and be uplifted :) After Stake Conference we went to see Joey's hockey game - the last home game of the season! It was the most intense hockey game we've ever been to!!! BYU was down by 3 goals until the last quarter, and they caught up! They went into overtime and a shootout, and lost in the shoot out :( Even though they lost, it was still really fun to go see Joey play. He dominates the ice rink. Ron and Cam are so proud of him. Haha you should hear them in the stands! Jee and I get kind of embarrassed, but that's the way they are so we just learn to embrace it. Haha

They couldn't sit...and when each of the goals were scored - they ran down to the glass and jumped up on it. That's how excited they were. Haha

Sunday = Jacob's 2nd birthday!!!!
We had the King's and Dave and Julie over for dinner. It was so fun to have everyone over - except we missed the Chubbuck's terribly. They need to move to Utah! Here are some pictures from the celebration. We almost had to eat Jacob's birthday cake without him because he was napping...but we stuck it out and waited for him to wake up. Totally worth it!

Getting ready to blow out the candles!

Jacob's monkey hat...he hasn't learned to like it yet. Haha
So overall it was a great weekend! We forgot to take pictures of us this time...but I'll be better from now on :)
