Since I am so far behind, I probably won't post too many details. But I want to update pictures! Millie has grown so much since I last posted, it's crazy! She's like a new woman.
Christmas 2012 for our little family was absolutely wonderful. We were able to spend 10 straight days on vacation, which is the longest we've ever been able to spend with each other. Ever! I took my last vacation days and maternity leave and we took off to California. We stayed with the Chubbucks for half of the time and stayed at a condo in Escondido with my family for the other half.
Quality family time is hard to beat. It was so nice to spend time with the Chubbucks, especially since it was longer than the 2 or 3 days we usually get :) We also got to spend a lot of time with Brody and Alysha which is rare as well.
Everything with Millie is just so much better. It's fun to say that this is Millie's first Christmas, her first New Years and everything...it's hard to imagine what life was like without her. Parenthood and motherhood has changed my life for the better. It might be harder sometimes (it's really not even that hard, haha), but it's always worth it. And definitely always better than life without our sweet little Millie. I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband who loves me and our daughter so much! The best part of my day is watching the two of them play together. She loves her daddy so much!
