5 Months

Dear Millie,

I love you so much. And I love seeing you grow into your little personality more each day...I love the way you can say "I love you" back with the twinkle in your eyes and the bat of your lashes. I love it when you grab my face and look into my eyes, studying every inch of my face. I love the ga-ga conversations we have. I love it when you wake up 'singing' into the monitor for us to come get you out of your crib. I love that you can't hold still anymore. I love that you try to drink the water every time you take a bath. I love every inch of your soft baby skin and peach fuzz hair...but will you please stop growing up? Put the growing on hold for a little bit? I just can't get enough of you!

If you can't tell from my little note, Millie is growing way too fast! And since I'm back to work full-time (which, by the way, stinks pretty bad) I just can't get enough of her. She is changing every day and I wish I could capture each moment with her. But since that is nearly impossible, we just live in the moment and enjoy every minute of her. I try not to spoil her rotten...but I'm pretty sure it's too late for that. Haha

For her 5 month photo shoot, we were struggling. We live in a basement so it's really hard to get natural light in any picture we take. I was really sad after the first one, so we did another round. But after going through the first round, some of them actually turned out okay. That being said, there are going to be way too many pictures in the post. I just couldn't narrow it down this time. Sorry about that :)

Here are some other pictures from the month. We've been having lots of fun!

First: Millie's first road-trip! Unfortunately, we were Vegas bound for a work convention. My Mom and Millie tagged along with me, making that place much more bearable :)
